Wing Chun Kung Fu
Originally created by five of China's grandmasters during the Ching dynasty and perfected by a nun, the style of Kung Fu taught at The Martial Arts & Fitness Center is an efficient style of self-defense that emphasizes applying close-range fighting techniques with minimum force.
Wing Chun Kung Fu improves health, stamina and rejuninates lost energy. Classes are fun and interesting, focusing on memorized forms and the practical applications hidden within those forms.
Classes are led by Mr. Kelly Knight. We are affiliated with the Qian Li Dao Academy.
